These terms describe what it means to operate a club on Unleashed. By creating or managing a club on the platform, you ("Club Owner") agree to the responsibilities and conditions below.
As a Club Owner, you are the operator of a pickleball community on Unleashed. You are responsible for representing your club accurately, managing its members, scheduling sessions, hosting tournaments, and ensuring the experience you provide reflects your brand and standards.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your club account, the accuracy of the information you publish (locations, schedules, fees, divisions), and the activity of any administrators you invite to manage the club with you.
You agree to treat members fairly, communicate clearly about sessions, cancellations, and fees, and create a safe, inclusive environment. Unleashed may remove clubs that repeatedly fail to deliver the experience promised to players.
When you publish a session or tournament, you commit to honoring it as described. This includes the listed venue, dates, divisions, entry fees, and refund terms. You are responsible for resolving disputes with your members in good faith.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payouts are transferred daily to the bank account you designate during club onboarding. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate and up to date, and for completing any verification Stripe requires to enable transfers.
Unleashed charges a 10% service fee on payments collected through the platform. This 10% covers everything — including payment processing fees — so there are no additional or hidden charges from us or our payment provider. You can choose to absorb this fee yourself or pass it on to your members at checkout. Your selection applies to the sessions, tournaments, and memberships you publish, and can be updated at any time from your club settings.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, descriptions) and grant Unleashed a license to display it within the app for the purpose of promoting and operating your club. You must have the rights to any content you publish.
You agree not to use the platform to engage in unlawful activity, harass members, publish misleading information, or interfere with the operation of Unleashed. We may suspend or remove clubs that violate these standards.
Unleashed provides the tools to run your club but is not a party to the relationship between you and your members. We are not responsible for the conduct of clubs or players, the condition of venues, or the outcome of any session or tournament.
You may deactivate your club at any time. We may suspend or terminate a club account that violates these terms, harms members, or damages the integrity of the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued operation of your club after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
